Paginated and zero-based. Supports `q` over task title and project name, `projectId`, `status`, `priority`, `assigneeId`, `sort`/`order`, and a `from`/`to` window. Within the window a task with both dates is included when its span overlaps; a task with one date only when that instant falls inside; a task with neither is excluded. Without `sort` the order is start date then board position, which is what the Gantt reads.
